The hotel has a luggage room. I used it to store my bags after checkout. the breakfast room is spacious. I saw plenty of seating available. i found a toilet near the reception. It was convenient.
i noticed that the corridors smelled of cigarette smoke sometimes. it wasn't constant, but i did notice it.

The hotel's location was fantastic. I walked to the main attractions with ease. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying. It had variable choices. The staff were helpful and nice. They offered assistance when needed.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made getting around very easy. my single room had a clean, hard mattress. free breakfast was included and a good value. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful .
The wash basin in the washroom was quite small. Water sometimes fell outside when i washed my hands.

i was so happy about how close everything was to the hotel! the palladium shopping centre was only two minutes away. the municipal house and underground station were also super close and very convenient for getting around , i didn't need a car at all!
i did notice a slight noise from the street at night , even being on a higher floor.

The staff was so attentive, they refilled items at the breakfast buffet without being asked , which i found amazing and helpful. Their warm welcome really set a positive tone for my entire stay. i really felt looked after.
